A for effort, vagabond!

The other day while heading into the winco I saw a scruffy looking guy sitting next to another scruffy looking guy asking for money. The sign the first scruffy looking guy was holding said, "UGLY AND HUNGRY please help" I wasn't sure if he wanted money or a makeover. I didn't give him either.
